Claiming and Managing your Hotel Listing

Please follow these steps carefully to setup your account and manage your hotel pages.

1. Create a Login Account

This is important! You must use a business email address. We may require additional verification steps to ensure that you are authorized to manage the hotel listing you are claiming.

Click Here to create your login account. This will allow you to sign in on the account dashboard to edit your hotel listing content. If you already have a login account on, then proceed to Step 2 below.

We suggest using Google Login or Facebook login if possible. If you do not use Google or Facebook, then the system will send you an Activation Email. Click on the Activate button in that email. Check your junk mail folder if you have not received an activation email.

2. Create a Support Ticket

Create a Support Ticket for our technical support team with your contact details and hotel details.

Include the following in your ticket details:
- Email address used in Step 1
- Name of the Hotel page you are claiming

Our technical support team will contact you if additional details and verification are needed. Your login account will be assigned to your Hotel Listing. You will receive a confirmation email when this process is complete.

If you are signing up for a premium listing, please ensure that you complete payment. Your premium listing subscription lasts for a year. Payment can be made via local bank transfer or online credit card payment.

3. Manage your Listing

Once your account is confirmed by the technical support team, you will have immediate access to your hotel listing page. 

You can access this from your Supplier Dashboard page on

Click on Hotel Listings to see the list of hotels you can manage. 

*Note, you do NOT need a Business profile on Business profiles are for Tour and Shuttle operators. Your hotel listing is your business profile.

You may add additional hotel listings if you manage multiple hotels. If you add a new listing, you must create a NEW support ticket to request a listing review before it can be published on

Please set an accurate map location for your hotel. This is really important to get the most exposure on

4. Share your Page

You can share your hotel page link on social media. Your listing has a unique link.

Click Here to browse a list of all hotels. Links to your hotel page will automatically appear throughout based on the map location of your hotel and other destination pages, blogs, tour pages, and other content on where it is relevant for visitors on our website.
